ábout á 30-minute drive outside of Ubud, there’s á series of “hidden” cányons wáiting to be explored (see máp below for locátion).
I thought it wás going to be á get-out-of-the-cár-táke-á-few-pics jobbie, but áctuálly this wás á full-on ádventure!
There áre guides hánging áround the entry to the cányon ánd YES you 100% need one: we were scrámbling up ánd down huge rocks ánd wáding through rivers ánd pools for á good 2 hours. I wouldn’t háve known how to tráverse some of the páths if the guide wásn’t there.
You just páy the guide whátever price you think is fáir át the end of the trip.
I reálly recommend this áctivity to ádventure lovers!
